How Our Classes Work

Our classes are made for beginners to advanced athletes. To browse our classes, go to the workout section of the menu. From here you can select the modality you’d like to workout in. This will show you a full list of all of our classes starting from newest to oldest. There are over 2,000 classes.

Here’s how to filter to find something for you - tap on the filter icon on the remote. This will bring up the filter to choose workout length, type, instructor, music genre, and difficulty. Select what you want and hit apply.

How Programs Work

Programs are a collection of classes focused on either a specific goal or a specific theme. Examples include 0 to 5K for running your first 5K or HiiT It, a series of similar classes for the treadmill.

Everytime you take a class in a program, you’ll see it’s progress on the program description page and card.

Controlling Volume With The Remote App

To control the volume of a class, tap the sound icon in the top left corner of the remote app. This will let you adjust system volume, the instructor volume, and the music volume.

What Is Fitcoin?

Fitcoin is our in-game point system. You accumulate it throughout all of your workouts and you can see it on your profile page.

How Do I Earn More Fitcoin

You earn FItcoin in 2 ways.

The first is by working out longer. Everyone earns Fitcoin for each second that they workout. The more you workout, the more Fitcoin you earn.

The second is by being in higher heart rate zones. You earn less Fitcoin when your heart rate is too low and also when it is too high in the red zone. You ideally want to be in the orange zone to earn the most Fitcoin possible. If you don’t have a heart rate monitor connected, you don’t earn Fitcoin for your heart rate zone.

How The Leaderboard Works

The leaderboard is asynchronous real-time. That means you’re competing against anyone who has ever taken the class before.

The more Fitcoin you earn, the higher you rank on the leaderboard.

Understanding The Schedule

We air 4 to 6 new classes every single day. To see the upcoming schedule, tap on the schedule from the menu. To take these classes, just go to the Workout section after they first air. Ie - if a class airs at 6:05 AM, go to the Workout section at 6:06 am
